Daniel J. Bolerjack is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over forty years experience. Dan is a graduate of Manchester College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and attended Kent School of Law, received his Master of Science Taxation from Washington School of Law, and earned his Certified Trust Financial Advisor (CTFA) from the Institute of Certified Bankers. Dan is also a Florida Supreme Court appointed Family Mediator.

A long-time resident of the area, Dan serves as the president of EVAC Ambulance Service and the treasurer of the United Way for Volusia/Flagler Counties, as well as numerous other civic and charitable organizations.

Dan is extensively experienced in corporate, estate and individual tax planning, litigation, mediation, arbitration work, valuation of closely-held businesses, preparing financial statements, internal control reports and management letters on all engagements.

He is experienced in various types of audit and tax engagements such as audits of manufacturing companies, international engineering firms, construction contractors, insurance agencies, newspaper and commercial printing companies, SEC companies, municipalities governments and non-profit companies.

Michael D. Halsema is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over twenty-eight years experience. Mike is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

A long-time resident of the area, Mike's civic involvement includes extensive tenure on various boards as well as other civic and non-profit organizations.

Mike is experienced in various types of commercial, construction contractors, retail, manufacturing companies, international engineering firms, non-profit audits and review engagements including associations, HUD facilities and A-133 funded organizations.

Mike's professional experience also includes preparation of financial statements, internal control reports, management letters on all engagements, federal and state tax returns for many types of organizations.

Eva F. Bowling is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over twenty-six years experience. Eve is a graduate of Shepherd University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Eva has also attended Florida Atlantic University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Forensic Accounting.

Eva has earned the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. In addition, she has obtained the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) certification from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.

Eva has extensive experience in accounting, reviews, and audit engagements as well as forensic investigation accounting, taxation, valuation and valuation-related consulting for business interests of closely-held entities and corporations. She has performed valuations and due diligence procedures of closely-held corporations for mergers, acquisitions, gift and estate tax purposes as well as audits, reviews, and compilations of financial statements. She offers additional experience in internal control assessments, corporate and individual tax planning, and fraud investigation procedures. She has been a court appointed special master and has expert witness testimony experience.

Eva's industry experience includes, but is not limited to, companies operating in the commercial industries and include manufacturing companies, construction contractors, retail, automotive, specialty chemical companies, sport entertainment companies, restaurants, engineering firms, non-profit, HUD funded facilities, OMB A-133 funded organizations, country clubs, condominiums and time share organizations.

A long-time resident of the area, Eva has served as past president, secretary and treasurer for the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has also served on numerous civic and charitable organizations

Beverly A. White, Certified Public Accountant, is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. She has been a resident of the area since 1972.

Beverly has over 29 years experience in providing accounting services and tax preparation and planning services for individuals, small businesses, trusts and estates.

Beverly has experience in various professional, medical, construction, retail, real estate, restaurant, homeowners and condominium associations.

Beverly is an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service, a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has served as past treasurer of the Executive Women’s Council.
